Ed White, a former All-Pro NFL football player, is also a creative painter and sculptor who has his work displayed in may private collections around the world. His work is noted for its expression and use of color.  The emotion of his experiences are captured in his paintings and sculptures. Ed's Impressionistic style blends the concept of realism with the twist of abstract. The play of light and shadows develops a deep sense of mood. His use of vibrant colors and strong lines make his work extremely powerful.
Ed's oils, pen and inks, and acrylics reflect his love of sports, landscape, and buildings.
Ed is the executive director of the nonprofit foundation Oak Lake Art Center.org.  Its mantra is " art is medicine."  The foundation works with young people that are learning challenged or have health or social problems.  Twenty percent of the profits from Ed's art goes to the Oak Lake Art Center to show these young people how to tap into their artistic side.
