My Girl’

In 1964 I made the best decision of my life.

A bunch of my football teammates decided to park cars at the 1964 Indio HS Junior Senior Prom….we didn’t know how to dance, and we were afraid of girls !

As it turned out the under class men had helped set up. After the Prom Mr. Boyer our Chemistry teacher and Jo’s father.…Jo’s dad took us all out for soda… I met the little red headed freshman …and that was when it all started and is still going strong 60 years later.
